Community Room Rental

The Moreno Valley Mall is all about community spirit. Commencing July 2011, we are proud to now offer a Community Room available for rental to local businesses and organizations for meetings and events.

Room Details

The Community Room accommodates approximately 30 people seated. There are 20 chairs and 2 tables currently in the room to use as needed. More tables and chairs are available upon request from the Mall Management Office. However, room setup and breakdown are your responsibility. We ask that your group allow time at the end of the meeting to return the room to its original condition.

To reserve the Community Room

Complete and return the Application for Temporary Use.

All payments must be a cashier's check or money order, accompany your application and be received no later than two weeks prior to your event in order to be processed for approval. This applies to the booking of additional dates as well.

The security deposit must be a separate cashier's check or money order. Checks should be made payable to: 2250 Town Circle, LLC.

Cancellations

Moreno Valley Mall reserves the right to cancel any engagement with a minimum of two (2) weeks notice. All payments will be refunded under these circumstances. Cancellations made by the group may result in loss of deposit and/or other use fees.
