Join our St. Mary’s Medical Center Walking Program to walk your way to better health! We open Independence Center at 7am Monday-Saturday and at 10am on Sundays for walkers to reach their daily fitness goals. A lap around the upper level is about 0.4 miles and a lap around the lower level is about 0.5 miles.
Joining the program is simple–Visit the mall management office on the upper level between Dillard’s and Zales to sign up and receive your number. Keep track of your visits in a log on the upper level near the 39th street entrance. After you’ve reached 25, 50, 100, 150 & 200 visits, return to the management office to receive a prize from St. Mary’s!
